BLOCK - Seasoned 4-bolt main bored oversized .060, honed for moly rings, decked, line honed. Painted inside with Rustoleum to aid in quicker oil return. Outside of block painted with your choice of factory colors. Fitted with new cam bearings and new brass freeze plugs.
CRANKSHAFT - New 5140 forged steel 4.250" stroker crankshaft custom ground .010"/.010" on rods and mains. Micropolished with oil holes chamfered.
RODS - Forged 6.385" rods that have been shot-peened, resized, fitted with new chrome moly 7/16" rod bolts for maximum strength.
PISTONS - Forged racing pistons in the compression of your choice, complete with pins and moly rings.
RINGS - New Moly faced top comp. ring w/premium stainless oil ring.
BEARINGS - Special Clevite M77 "P" bearings fitted to custom crankshaft.
CAMSHAFT - New your choice of solid or hydraulic PAW / SSI camshaft.

TIMING CHAIN SET - New P.A.W. double roller chain and gears.
BALANCED - Assembly custom balanced w/pistons fitted to rods.

CYLINDER HEADS - New Edelbrock Performer RPM 454-R heads, chamber size 118cc. These heads include lightweight 11/32" stainless steel valves (2.19" intake & 1.88" exhaust) and screw in studs with 3/8" guide plates and bronze guides. All heads are Edelbrock factory assembled with valve springs & chrome moly retainers for use with hydraulic cams up to .700" lift. Other Edelbrock cylinder heads are available. Ask your sales representative for details.

LIFTERS - New P.A.W. hydraulic, flat tappet lifters or solid lifters to match your camshaft.

PUSHRODS - A complete set of new P.A.W. 3/8" chrome moly pushrods.

OIL PUMP - New P.A.W. high volume oil pump provides maximum lubrication.

GASKETS - New full set of top-quality Fel-Pro gaskets for a professional assembly.

ROCKER ARMS - New SSI high performance long slot rockers with anti gall balls and new lock nuts.
