SHORT BLOCK KIT
 LONG BLOCK KIT  
 

BLOCK - Seasoned 4-bolt main bored oversized .060, honed for moly rings, decked, line honed. Painted inside with Rustoleum to aid in quicker oil return. Outside of block painted with your choice of factory colors. Fitted with new cam bearings and new brass freeze plugs.
CRANKSHAFT - Forged GM 5140 steel 4.00" stroke, precision finished at .010 under on both mains & rod journals, cross-drilled nitride treated and micro polished with oil holes chamfered.
RODS - Factory forged rods that have been shot-peened, resized, fitted with new chrome moly 3/8" rod bolts for maximum strength.
PISTONS - New forged pistons L2349F, L2377F, L2399F, L2453F or L2465F.
Available, your choice depending on compression ratio.

CYLINDER HEADS - Your choice of New Edelbrock Performer (2) (3) (5), Performer RPM (3) (5) (6)or Performer RPM HC (4) (5) aluminum cylinder heads. These heads include lightweight 11/32" stainless steel valves (2.19" intake & 1.88" exhaust) and screw in studs with 3/8" guide plates and bronze guides. All heads are Edelbrock factory assembled with valve springs & chrome moly retainers for use with hydraulic cams up to .700" lift. Other Edelbrock cylinder heads are available. Ask your sales representative for details.

LIFTERS - New P.A.W. hydraulic, flat tappet lifters or solid lifters to match your camshaft.

PUSHRODS - A complete set of new P.A.W. 3/8" chrome moly pushrods.

OIL PUMP - New P.A.W. high volume oil pump provides maximum lubrication.

GASKETS - New full set of top-quality Fel-Pro gaskets for a professional assembly.

ROCKER ARMS - New SSI high performance long slot rockers with anti gall balls and new lock nuts.
