SHORT BLOCK KIT
 LONG BLOCK KIT  
 

BLOCK - Seasoned 460 2-bolt block bored oversized, fully machined performance honed moly rings. Decked, line honed, fitted with NEW cam bearings & brass freeze plugs. Inside of block painted with Rustoleum to aid in quicker oil return. Outside of block painted with your choice of factory colors.
CRANKSHAFT - Custom ground cast iron crankshaft for precision fit. Micro polished with oil holes chamfered. Note: Must know year of engine/transmission.
RODS - Factory forged rods that have been shot-peened, resized, fitted with NEW chrome moly 3/8" rod bolts for maximum strength.
PISTONS - Your choice of NEW forged pistons.

CYLINDER HEADS - P.A.W. custom 92cc or 97 cc remanufactured cylinder heads using new OEM valves, NEW heavy duty valve locks, performance 3 angle valve job, NEW bronze guide inserts, NEW seals, NEW performance valve springs that will handle up to a .500" lift cam
NOTE: Camshafts larger than .500" lift will require OPT-42 - Big Spring Pack available as an upgrade - see options listed below. Large hydraulic lifter/all solid lifter/all roller camshafts will require OPT-42 - Big Spring Pack plus OPT-69 - Adjustable Valve Train - see options listed below.
LIFTERS - New P.A.W. hydraulic, flat tappet lifters.
PUSHRODS - A complete set of NEW P.A.W. 5/16" chrome moly pushrods. These have hardened tubes for guide plates compatibility.
OIL PUMP - New P.A.W. high volume oil pump provides maximum lubrication.
GASKETS - New full set of top-quality Fel-Pro gaskets for a professional assembly.

  • OPT-69 Adjustable Valve Train Option - In order to use large hydraulic/all solid/all roller camshafts these cylinder heads must be modified to use adjustable rocker arms. This includes machining stud bosses and installation of screw-in studs and guide plates ............ add $125.00
    Adjustable rocker arms will be required - see rocker arm section in are catalog     for choices

TIMING CHAIN SET - New P.A.W. hi performance double roller timing chain set.
BALANCED - Complete rotation assembly is electronically balanced. Pistons come fitted to rods.
