BLOCK - Seasoned 2-bolt main block bored oversize. Honed for moly rings, decked, line honed, painted inside with Rustoleum to aid in a quicker oil return. Outside of the block is painted with your choice of factory colors. Block has new cam bearings and brass freeze plugs installed.
CRANKSHAFT - Factory cast steel crankshaft custom ground on rods and mains journals, oil holes chamfered, micropolished.
RODS - Factory forged steel rods shot-peened, resized, new performance 3/8" chrome moly rod bolts installed for maximum strength.
PISTONS - New Federal Mogul Hypereutectic pistons. Your choice of Apx. compression 8.4 to 11.4 depending on head cc's.
RINGS - New quick seating, long lasting, moly faced high temperature compression ring with premium stainless steel oil rings.
BEARINGS - New Clevite "P-Series" M77 tri-metal bearings to match custom ground crankshaft.
CAMSHAFT - Your choice of a new P.A.W. / SSI hydraulic flat tappet camshaft.
TIMING CHAIN SET - New P.A.W. double roller timing chain set.
BALANCED - Assembly custom balanced with pistons fitted to the rods.
