SHORT BLOCK KIT
 LONG BLOCK KIT  
 

BLOCK - New GM Standard Bore 4 bolt main iron block with 2-piece rear main seal. Honed for Moly rings. Painted inside with Rustoleum, outside with a choice of factory colors. Fitted with new cam bearings and brass freeze plugs. These new blocks accept right or left side dipsticks.
CRANKSHAFT - Cast iron 3.750 crank custom ground on rod and main journals. Micro polished with oil holes chamfered.
RODS - 5.700" long factory forged rods that have been shot-peened, resized, fitted with new chrome moly rods bolts for maximum strength.
PISTONS - NEW! Your choice of forged dished or flat-top pistons. Available in the following compression ratios:
Flat Top Piston:
Apx 10.3 w/68cc head
Apx 9.5 w/76cc head

Dish Piston:
Apx 8.69 w/68cc head
Apx 8.13 w/76cc head

CYLINDER HEADS - New PAW/RHS™ Pro Torker cast iron cylinder heads with stainless 2.02 intake & 1.60 exhaust valves or 1.94 intake & 1.50 exhaust valves. Heads feature brand new RHS™ Pro Torker castings, new chrome moly retainers, new valve stem seals, new hardened valve locks, new performance valve springs which will handle up to a .500 lift hydraulic camshaft. New screw in studs, 3-angle valve job. Specify 67cc or 76cc heads.
LIFTERS - New P.A.W. Hydraulic lifters matched to your camshaft.
PUSHRODS - New P.A.W. High-performance chrome moly pushrods.
OIL PUMP- New P.A.W. High-volume oil pump provides maximum lubrication.
GASKETS - New Full set of top-quality Fel-Pro gaskets.
ROCKER ARMS - New SSI High-performance long-slot rockers with anti gall balls and lock nuts.		  
RINGS - New Moly faced top comp. ring w/premium stainless oil ring.
BEARINGS - New Clevite M77 Tri-metal bearings to match crankshaft.
CAMSHAFT - New Your choice of solid or hyd. P.A.W./SSI camshaft.
TIMING - New P.A.W. double roller chain & gears.
BALANCED - New Assembly custom balanced with pistons fitted to rods.
