SHORT BLOCK KIT
LONG BLOCK KIT  
 

BLOCK - New Ford Standard Bore Block with 1-piece rear main seal. Honed for moly rings. Block will accept either front dipstick or side dipstick. Block has tall lifter bores which will accept factory hydraulic roller lifters. Block is designed for cable operated clutch systems. For early-style mechanical clutch linkage systems, order clutch pivot ball #PAW-CPB1. Specify if using knock sensor.
CRANKSHAFT - Custom ground cast iron crankshaft for precision fit. Micro polished with oil holes chamfered.

RODS - Our P.A.W. high performance connecting rods, shot-peened and resized with 5/16" chrome moly rod bolts

PISTONS - Top quality forged pistons available in either flat top or dish. Your choice.

RINGS - New Moly faced top comp. ring w/premium stainless oil ring.
BEARINGS - New Clevite M77 Tri-metal bearings to match crankshaft.

CAMSHAFT - Choose one of our new P.A.W./Super Stock Industries stock or performance camshafts for street/strip or RV. Hydraulic flat tappet or solid lifter cams only.

TIMING CHAIN SET - New P.A.W. hi performance double roller timing chain set. Specify 1- or 2-pc fuel pump eccentric.

BALANCED - Complete rotation assembly is electronically balanced. Pistons come fitted to rods.
NOTE: '68-'80 - Requires 28 oz. damper & flexplate or flywheel. '81- Later - Requires 50 oz. damper & flexplate or flywheel. These parts are available. Phone for prices.

CYLINDER HEADS - P.A.W. remanufactured 63cc, 69cc cylinder heads with all NEW OEM replacement valves, new performance valve springs which will handle up to a .500 lift cam, NEW bronze guide liners, heavy duty locks, seals & retainers, 3-angle valve job surfaced, painted and assembled.
LIFTERS - New P.A.W. hydraulic, flat tappet lifters or solid lifters to match your camshaft.
PUSHRODS - A complete set of NEW P.A.W. 5/16" chrome moly pushrods with harden tubes for use with guide plates.

OIL PUMP - New P.A.W. high volume oil pump provides maximum lubrication.

GASKETS - New full set of top-quality Fel-Pro gaskets for a professional assembly.
