BLOCK - New Ford Standard Bore Block with 1-piece rear main seal. Honed for moly rings. Block will accept either front dipstick or side dipstick. Block has tall lifter bores which will accept factory hydraulic roller lifters. Block is designed for cable operated clutch systems. For early-style mechanical clutch linkage systems, order clutch pivot ball #PAW-CPB1. Specify if using knock sensor.
CRANKSHAFT - Custom ground cast iron crankshaft for precision fit. Micro polished with oil holes chamfered.
RODS - Factory forged rods that have been shot-peened, resized, fitted with new chrome moly 5/16 rod bolts for maximum strength.
PISTONS - New forged flat top pistons standard bore 9.3 comp ratio based on 64cc heads. Also available at no extra charge, Hypereutectic pistons dish, flat top, & dome.
RINGS - New Moly faced top compression ring w/premium stainless oil rings.
BEARINGS - New Clevite M77 Tri-metal bearings to match crankshaft.
CAMSHAFT - Your choice of a NEW PAW / SSI Stock, Perf, RV, Street Rod flat tappet camshaft. Specify if vehicle is computer-controlled, emissions-controlled, with or without computer, or a non emissions-controlled vehicle (off-road use only). NEW hyd roller H.O. camshaft available as an option.
TIMING CHAIN SET - New P.A.W. hi-performance double roller timing chain set. Specify 1- or 2-pc fuel pump eccentric.
BALANCED - Complete rotation assembly is electronically balanced. Pistons come fitted to rods.
(NOTE: '1965-'1980 - Requires 28 oz. damper & flexplate or flywheel. '81- Later - Requires 50 oz. damper & flexplate or flywheel. NOTE: NEW damper, flexplate, flywheel available as options.

Heads features 180cc intake runners which have an improved design that combines high velocity and superior flow which produces excellent torque & throttle response over factory heads. Heads have a 64cc chamber. NEW 2.02/1.60 Comp Cams stainless valves. Hardened steel exhaust seats. NEW screw-in studs & guide plates. NEW single valve spring which will handle up to a .560" lift cam. Optional dual springs available. See options below.
LIFTERS - New P.A.W. hydraulic or solid flat tappet lifters.
PUSHRODS- A complete set of NEW P.A.W. chrome moly pushrods.
OIL PUMP - New P.A.W. high volume oil pump provides maximum lubrication.
GASKETS - New full set of top-quality Fel-Pro gaskets. 1988-1994 Ford trucks requires optional oil pan gasket. Available at additional cost.
ROCKER ARMS - NEW P.A.W./SSI non-rail rocker arms.
