BLOCK - New Ford Standard Bore Block with 1-piece rear main seal. Honed for moly rings. Block will accept either front dipstick or side dipstick. Block has tall lifter bores which will accept factory hydraulic roller lifters. Block will accept only clutch cable-activated clutch systems. Optional early 4-speed clutch pivot ball available - phone. Block clearanced for stroker crank.
CRANKSHAFT - New custom ground cast-steel crankshaft 3.400" stroke designed to run 1-piece rear main seal. Micro-polished & oil holes chamfered.
RODS - New I-Beam premium forged 5140 steel connecting rods 5.400" long. New ARP 3/8" chrome moly rod bolts. Bushed for floating .927" wrist pins.
PISTONS - New Forged dished pistons. Pistons feature a 1/16 x 1/16 x 3/16 ring grooves.

CYLINDER HEADS - PAW remanufactured 69 cc cylinder heads with all Stainless 1.94/1.60 valves, NEW performance double valve springs which will handle up to a .550 lift cam. NEW bronze guide liners, heavy duty locks, seals & retainers, 3 angle valve job surfaced, painted and assembled. Screw-in studs and guide plates included.
LIFTERS - New P.A.W. hydraulic, flat tappet lifters.
PUSHRODS - A complete set of NEW P.A.W. 5/16" chrome moly pushrods.
OIL PUMP - New P.A.W. high volume oil pump provides maximum lubrication.
GASKETS - New full set of top-quality Fel-Pro gaskets including Fel-Pro performance head gaskets for a professional assembly.
ROCKER ARMS - New P.A.W./ SSI non-rail rocker arms.

RINGS - New Moly faced top compression ring w/premium stainless oil ring.
BEARINGS - New Clevite M77 Tri-metal bearings to match custom ground crankshaft.
CAMSHAFT - Your choice of a NEW PAW / SSI performance flat tappet hydraulic camshaft. New hydraulic roller cam available as an option.
TIMING CHAIN SET - New P.A.W. hi performance double roller timing chain set. Specify 1- or 2-pc fuel pump eccentric.
BALANCED - Complete rotation assembly is electronically balanced. Pistons come fitted to rods. NOTE: '68-'80 - Requires 28 oz. damper & flexplate or flywheel. '81- Later - Requires 50 oz. damper & flexplate or flywheel. These parts are available as options. Phone for prices
WEIAND 174 SATIN SUPERCHARGER - The 174 low-profile blower features Teflon® tipped rotors for tight rotor to case tolerances and only requires a small cowl induction hood for most applications. All Weiand 174 blowers feature 100% new CNC machined parts (no remanufactured components) including new thick wall cases & rotors to eliminate high-RPM flex and provide maximum reliability. All superchargers are built in Weiand's state-of-the-art manufacturing center and each supercharger is 100% boost tested to help you squeeze out maximum power & efficiency.

Installation Note:

• Supercharger pulley is a 10-Rib with a drive ratio of 1.60:1
• Supercharger kit includes manifold, blower assembly, drive snout, pulleys, belt and hardware.
• Supercharger kit designed for stamped steel v-belt accessories and will work with 5.0L serpentine drive. Must use manual adjustment tensioner and brackets from 1983 to 1985 3.8L Ford V-6 engine. Use of billet pulleys may require custom machine work and/or spacers.
• Supercharger mounts to manifold using 4 bolts through bearing plates.
